My women's circles are rooted in ritual, stillness, deep listening and wisdom.
As women come together in an open and authentic way, they elicit complete vulnerability and strength.
They are a sacred haven for softening + surrendering with ease, showing women it is safe to slow down, connect and go within.
The embodiment of feminine energy is the essence of these women's circles.
Energy Healing + Mentorships
These sessions are intuitive, nurturing and centered around chakra balancing, clearing and soul alignment.
We spend one month together deep diving into your energy field to:
- reprogram your subconscious mind to release stuck behaviours
- align your chakras for more internal balance
- release trauma, old patterns and stuck emotions
- Gain more clarity
- Connect with your guides

Mother's Blessings
Unlike a baby shower, a Mother's blessing is centred around the mother and the journey she is about to embark on. This is a women's circle in which a mother is held by her village and shown the support system she has. It is a time of reflection, honouring and encouragement for the mother to be.

Birthday Blessings
Gone are the days where we send a simple "Happy Birthday" text to our closest soul sister. Now we do it with intention and reverence for the woman that inspires us, mirrors us and loves us!
Birthday blessings are a time to truly celebrate and witness the woman before us and her next solar return. A women's circle full of stories, ritual, and connection.
